ROUTINE PROCESSING TIME
Current receipt of Passport is within 4-6 weeks.
These fees are non-refundable.

ROUTINE PASSPORT APPLICANTS WILL NEED:

1. A completed DS-11 Passport Application Form (Must be sworn to and signed in our presence);
2. A valid Driver's License or other form of photo identification;
3. A certified copy of your Birth Certificate from the vital records department of the birth state; OR your EXPIRED PASSPORT;
4. Two Passport color pictures taken within the last six months;
5. Money order, cashier's check or local check made out to:  DEPARTMENT OF STATE for the passport fee;
6. Applicants under the age of 16
     require both parents' signature on application and minor must appear with the parents at time of application;
7. County Execution Fee of $25.00 (Cash or local checks accepted for execution fee)

After applying, you may check on the status of your application by calling the "Next Generation" National Passport Information Center, *8:00 - 8:00 ET M-F (excluding Federal holidays) with automated information still accessible 24/7.

EXPEDITED SERVICE (FORM DS-11 OR DS-82)
Add $60.00 per application and 2-way overnight delivery

IF YOU NEED YOUR PASSPORT IN LESS THAN 6 WEEKS, THE PASSPORT AGENCY WILL ISSUE WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPLICATION.  The expedited fee does not include overnight delivery service.

THIS SERVICE MUST BE ARRANGED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER when applying for the Passport with the Clerk of District Court.

PASSPORT RENEWAL BY MAIL (DS-82)
You may qualify to use this form only if:

1 The issue date of your last passport was less than 15 years ago;
2. You were age 16 or older when it was issued;
3. Your name is the same or you can submit name-change documentation (marriage certificate or court order);
4. You can submit this passport; and
5. It is undamaged.

The passport fees for adults eligible to apply by mail using form DS-82, "Application for a U.S. Passport by Mail" are $110 for the passport book and $30 for the passport card.
